ORDERING

How do I order?
As all of our products of the highest quality and most are custom made, we use a quotation system to clarify your precise requirements. Our site allows you to browse selected products and brands; however the site only shows a limited selection. We can supply 1,000's of items from a massive list of brands. If you know what you're looking for then please go straight to our quote form. All information regarding the product or brand you are interested in will be sent via email. We will only confirm an order once both you the customer and we have agreed on all aspects of the item you wish to purchase. Please note this can take a number of quotations: for example a sofa can come in 50 formations with 100's of fabrics and finishes let alone any accessories. Please also note that at times we may be unable to supply particular products to certain countries. Once a confirmation is agreed we will then request a 30% deposit. Once this has cleared, we will place your order and be able to give you an estimated delivery time. Images on our site show the products in many situations. We have made every effort to ensure that the colour images on our site screens match those of the actual products; however, due to the nature of digital media we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as colours will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Item or brand not listed on the site. Can you get it for me?
Our catalogue of products is continually growing so if you know what you want and we don't have it on our site at present, please contact us and we will do our best to get it for you. Simply complete our quotation form and give us as much information as you can about what you're looking for and our team will do their best to get it for you.

PAYMENT

How do I pay?
We are happy to accept any of the following methods of payment:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards: Maestro, Connect, Solo, Bank wire transfers

*Please note: Some cards can only be accepted for orders being delivered to the customer's billing address.

We offer discounts on your order when payment is made by a non-credit card method (i.e., debit card, wire transfer). See your quotation for details.

When is payment required?
A few of our products require full payment at the time of confirmation: these items may include selected stools and chairs that have some specific features requested by the customer. For all entirely custom-made items a 30% deposit is required before we place the order to manufacture. On completion of the custom-made item we will request the final payment. If you have paid via credit card or debit card we will notify you by email when the second payment is due and charge the final balance to your account.

Please note - some payment methods take longer to clear which may result in delays to your items being delivered.

In all cases once the final payment has cleared we will be able to give you an estimated time of delivery.



Are my details secured?
All payments via the website are encrypted using industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. However we also take payment via phone or fax.

We keep all your payments details secure throughout the transaction – from payment clearance to actual delivery.up to the point where the funds are cleared and the item(s) are delivered.

DELIVERY


All our delivery costs are built into each customer quote. Our standard delivery service is "curbside" and is normally delivered by one person. We can quote for inside delivery and even assembly on request but at additional cost.

If the address to which you will require delivery has any specific problems of access, time of day, or legal restrictions, please let us know so that they can be resolved in advance, thereby preventing any form of failed delivery. This will prevent disappointment to you and avoidable extra costs. For example: it vital that you check not only that your purchase will fit in your home/office but also that there is adequate room to get it there.

How long does it take to receive the product?
Our deliveries within Western Europe are generally by ground transport. For items which are not manufactured to order delivery normally takes place within 2-3 weeks of ordering -- we will give you an estimated delivery date when we confirm your order by e-mail within two working days of receiving your order and deposit. Custom made orders normally require six to eight weeks for delivery although some manufacturers of particularly hand-worked goods may require a bit longer. We cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be subject to manufacturing delays beyond our control but we will notify you immediately if we foresee any delay beyond the anticipated delivery date.

Deliveries outside the EU may be by air or by sea depending on the volume of the order; these deliveries may take longer than the periods indicated on the site.

How will I know when it's coming?
Small items will be delivered without the need for a special appointment. You may choose to have them delivered to your place of work as well for added convenience. All deliveries however require a signature upon receipt so please allow for this when specifying your delivery address.

For larger shipments our transport agents will contact you directly a few days prior to delivery to arrange a convenient day and time for the delivery to your home. Evening and weekend deliveries are usually an option (see below for details).

Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the order if a time is pre-arranged, because you may be required to pay a re-delivery cost of £75 if a second delivery is necessary! This charge will also apply in the event a second delivery is necessary because your purchase could not fit into your house (in addition to the cost of any special services required for window removal etc). A charge is also made for changes to the delivery address after the goods have been shipped, which depends on the size of the shipment and the specific change involved.

I work all day. Can you deliver when I am at home in the evening or at the weekend?
In many cases we are able to organise evening or weekend deliveries for an extra charge to help fit in with when you are free! We can arrange this in a number of countries. Please let us know if you wish to take advantage of this service by contacting us
